What is your COVID-19 crisis marketing strategy? How are you tactically responding?

We are living in unprecedented times. I say this as an experienced business leader and executive that has weathered some of the biggest crises of our age – 9/11 terrorist attacks and the 2008 financial crisis. This crisis is unique in that is directly affects every individual and business indiscriminately.

That’s all to say we are in this fight together and Kaleidico is ready to do everything we can to support our clients, the marketing community, and all the industries we serve.

Towards that end, we are taking a variety of steps to mobilize that support in ways that is accessible to you, the marketing professional, on a full spectrum of support from DIY to full execution.

Here is what we currently have available, but stay tuned to this page as we will continue to add resources and services.

  1. I am, for the foreseeable future, publishing daily on Kaleidico.com. This will be almost entirely focused on giving marketing directors strategies and tactics to support your companies and businesses through this crisis. You can stay tuned into that content by adding our RSS feed to your favorite feed reader (i.e., Feedly or NetNewswire) or subscribe to our email list.
  2. I am also creating videos and podcasts as frequently as possible to support your crisis marketing efforts. You can tune into this by subscribing to my YouTube channel and my Make the Logo Bigger podcast.
  3. We will be quickly creating COVID-19 response marketing guides for each industry we support. These will be detailed DIY steps to shifting your day-to-day marketing into crisis marketing. This is an important strategic and tactical shift for all businesses. Marketing, as usual, seems obviously disconnected and disingenuous to consumers. This erodes the trust and credibility of your brand in a time when consumers – everyone, you included – are fearful and uncertain. You want to change over to marketing operations that are very personal, relevant, and responsive marketing. It is best to work small and without any interest in scale. We’re going to map out how to do that immediately. These guides will be linked here and published on Kaleidico.com and presented on my YouTube channel and our podcasts.
  4. We will also begin to package our marketing services – web design and development, content marketing, and email marketing – into affordable, quick response engagements. These services can be retained starting at $500/month (this is a significant discount to our agency retainer minimum of $5,000/month). We are expert communicators, we are doing COVID-19 crisis marketing for 20+ clients currently, and we have a network of creatives, copywriters, and digital strategists to scale very quickly. So, we are ready to jump in and fight this virus and market volatility side-by-side with you and your team. These services can be brought online in 24 hours, just contact kelley.nowak@kaleidico.com or complete a project request.
